We've been fighting this for awhile. It's not just MS, WebTV and Mac's
have the problem at the same time. The only way we have found to get
around it is to ditch PAP and script the logins. Of course, this doesn't
help the WebTV folks.

It seems to get worse around 3AM, and often is preceded by customers
getting cut off.

I even called Livingston (#50737) and have never received a call back. I
didn't give them a hard time about it since I believe it is the local
phone companies, but I still think it's funny that not using PAP solves
the problem.

We're running 3.7.2c2 on a PM3, our PM2s NEVER have the problems.
