No he can't.
Like has already been explained numerous times--when it is ready to go
into an open beta period--and only then--will it be announced. This has
been the way we have done things for a while now.
I personally believe that "when a product is ready to move on" (read:
solid, reliable and with all of the features you'd like to see) *is* a
pretty specific date. Would you want it at any *other* date? :-)
