To my knowledge it is. But there may be more than one issue with the
same symptoms. Or they might have been downed for another reason with
the retrains being a coincidence. Are they both on the same card?

I'd try 'set m# off' 'set m# on' to see if it wakes up. If not, I'd
contact support as this may be a new issue to be logged.
