First, make sure you are running ComOS 3.7.2 and nothing earlier.
If it seems to be the same modem, try swapping that card with the last
card in your chassis. If it follows the card it may be a bad DSP. If
it stays with the modem number then it is probably a PRI issue with the
telco - a bad DS0, broken hunt, etc.

If would be surprising to have a bad chip that the self-tests the unit
does didn't catch and take out of service.
