now i am new to the isp side of the web, we have always done web dev
and hosting so please do not laugh at this question.. The problem
i am having is when the modem connects it gets a dah, duh sound then
a five second pause then it does the handshacking. when the connection
comes up there are alighnment errors all over the place. So what it
sounds like it v.8 now if anyone can tell me this, is this an error
on my modem,portmaster or telco side, how do i resolve this... we are
using all analog connections and modems right now...
