(PM) Radius users file conversion

We currently have our user database in MS SQL. We export the users to a text
file which we import in Shiva Radius. All on NT.

I would like to start using Livingston Radius for NT. Has anyone written a
program or script to create the "users" file from an ODBC database.

BTW. We do use a number of Portmasters so I believe we are quite entitled to
using Livingston's Radius.
