Are you going to add a

3 permit 0.0.0.0/0 0.0.0.0/0 tcp dst eq 80

There are lots of web pages that have auto-refresh of 5 minutes. I did
it accidentally one night - went to our private network status page and
after a few minutes got called away to something else. Came back 3
hours later (expecting to have been hung up) and was still connected,
and had the 2 minute old copy of the network status page on my screen.
