(PM) Disconnects with Global Village Modems

I have several users who are having trouble connecting and remaining
connected for longer than 10 minutes. I've updated my PM3s to ComOS
3.7.2, but currently unsure if this will solve the problem.

Does anyone who has seen this problem discovered a possible init strings
for the Global Village modems that will solve this problem?
