We seem to find
- since upgrading to 3.7.2 and the new modem cards, modem
compatibiliy got worse. Several customers complaining of slower
connect speeds, one or two can't connect at all.
- no-one connects at better than 33k6, some who were at 33k6 are now
slower.
- occasional line-drops now becoming frequent enough to be positivly
annoying.
- twice now we've had a complete lock-up where the PM3 just stops
answering new calls. Existing calls are left runing, until they clear
down normally, and you can "attach" and call out on a channel, but
new callers get "NU" or similar. Re-booting the PM3 fixes it.
Am I the only one with these problems? Can I assume moves are afoot
to fix them? ANy chance of an indication of what and when?
