500 Bucks. My PRI is 1100 from GTE in state of Washington. I'm moving to
TX.

Anyway. The tone is all wrong. Call mine at 1425-558-2802 and listen to the
difference. I don't know what ISDN would sound like if I call a ISDN modem
with a regular phone. ( I'm gonna find out, sounds like useful information)

Assuming it is the PM3.
Try yanking the first modem card out so the calls are forced to the second
card.
If you don't want to pull a card out then "set m0 off" and repeat for number
of
modems in first card. That will bypass the first card. Now dial in and see
if there is a difference.

You have the switch set correctly? Right type.
