Not exactly. He is talking about doing standard Multilink PPP over ISDN,
not the Livingston Load Balancing protocol (EQL). So the other end just
has to support Multilink PPP (ISDN, analog soon in 3.8). Of course,
another PM2, or PM3 does work great for this.. ;)
