We recently checked all modems on our PM3's in response to what appears to be a bad 10port card.
In checking we came across this too:

Look at modem detects vs total calls and then the subsequent Unknown and Total Failed.
This has so far showed up on two modems on seperate PM3's both are M10 though.

ComOs 3.7.2 on all
