Once upon a time Mark Morley shaped the electrons to say...
> Livingston Portmaster, which do not allow simultaneous connections within
> 500 milliseconds of one another.
> The reason Windows 95 clients can connect to the Livingston Portmaster and
> Windows NT clients fail is because Windows NT 4.0 tries to connect both

Right. And we found and fixed this is ComOS 3.7.2. In both our testing and
those customers who had originally reported the problem, 3.7.2 fixed it.
You can bring up both channels simultaneously in 3.7.2 and they'll bond.

If this is happening under 3.7.2 (You never did say your version) then I
don't believe it is the same thing.

>So, is there a known MPPP timing problem? If so, is there a work-around
>and will it be fixed in the next ComOS?

No known problems.
