No way is that normal. I also saw your other post on immediately after
reboot. That line is for shit. Yellow alarms are loss of service -
everyone will be dropped. Those bipolar errors are monsterous - hell, all
of them are. You shouldn't have errors close to this.

Just what does the telco claim could possibly be causing it on our part?
It seems obvious that the line is in dire trouble.
