DOH! I remember what I did... I have a PM2e10 setup with 206.76.17.200
as the starting address, so I put the PM3 at 206.76.17.211. I only
connected 1 PRI, so I was thinking it would only use 23 addresses, so I
didn't worry about the end of the IP address space. I COMPLETELY FORGOT
about the end of the Class C when I started having problems.
I have taken the PM2e-10 out of service, so I changed the PM3 to
206.76.17.200 for its start and am limiting it to 46 pool-size, so the top
end will be 206.76.17.245.
I feel like a moron... :(
