Equipment : PM-3's running ComOS 3.7.2
Digital Lines : ISDN PRI Service through ICG
In the last 7 days, we have had NUMEROUS calls and complaints, mostly from
Sporster, Phoebe and Winmodem subscribers, regarding connections being
dropped 2-3 minutes after they are established. This problem has simply
"appeared" out of nowhere. In the past, we have serviced these customers
without incident on the exact same PM-3 boxes, running the exact same
ComOS. I've been pretty satisfied up until recently.
I can't track down what the problem us, UNLESS it is due to errors on our
PRI circuits. I'll include "show isdn" and "show line" commands at the
bottom for perusal.
Anyone care to offer any suggestions?
