Make sure you are running the latest release of ComOS on your new boxes.
There have been several modem issues in the past that have been corrected
in later releases of the software.
The majority of the problems experienced with the PM3 are a result of
modems that incorrectly interpret the "bee-doop", or v.8, tone, at the
start of the call. This can be corrected 90% of the time by putting
several commas on the end of the dialin number. For example:
