(PM) DMS 500 "nerd knobs"

Folks,

We are colocating in a space that has its own DMS 500. Does anyone know
what the suggested PRI "nerd knob" tweaks are for that switch? I can have
the lines configured any way I want. What's the optimal config? (padding,
etc.)
