We are going to need a little bit more info. Are you assigning him one of
the IPs from one of the /24s to his router via RADIUS or another IP? Do
you have the correct "Framed-Route" entry in RADIUS for both /24s? Are
you sure that the two /24s are being routed to the PM3 correctly (i.e. do
a traceroute from outside your network to see this). What is the config
on his Cisco?
