We looked around and decided to build our own using perl, CGI, and
MySQL. I wrote a very ugly (read: I won't send it to anyone! - sorry)
patch to Livingston RADIUS 2.0.1 to log directly to MySQL tables so the
modem accounting info is all in MySQL. We are now working on the
interface to the rest of the database (accounts and users) and I am
working on the actual billing program.
We just didn't find a package out there that really met all of our
needs.
