(PM) ISP Billing

I saw some posts about LE's new billing program this morning. I remember
briefly evaluating a product called ISPPower. It does billing, handles
email tracking, etc, and has available modules for adding customers to the
RADIUS database and signing up on the Web. It _looked_ like a fairly
decent product, but as a start-up, $1000 put it out of range.

Now that cash has starting to flow in the other direction, I need to
consider this type of program. Has anyone used ISPPower in "full-scale
production?"
