It is an engineering build with some attempts at modem fixes. It was
unsatisfactory in a few areas and we went back to engineering again.
It isn't suited for wide release, it turned out to be a step down for
some users, especially in Europe and Asia. Just another step on the road
to an eventual solution.
Support gave it to some users who were reporting certain issues as a
possible fix. But based on feedback it was stopped from release and we're
still working on things.
Just to stop any 'I want c2' rush.
