Because they're used to other companies that release OS upgrades every few
days - problems fixed or not, new bugs or not.

I'm glad Livingston takes their time. I'm not seeing random reboots on
either of my PM3's personally..

And yes, the only sure way to make sure Livingston knows about your problem
is to CALL tech support at 1-800-458-9966 (hey, I've got it memorized;).
