I've changed the modem, I've changed the cable, I've changed the port
to no avail. The modem is answering but it's not negotiating
properly. No matter what modem I put on that port it has the
same problem. You gave out an initialization string, but I don't
think it's that since the others are working fine with that string.
Just got a call from the Telco. They're saying it could be line
noise on the incoming trunk. Any thoughts on that.
