(PM) Provisioning PRI

I have a PRI on order from Ameritech. However I'm not sure that our
Ameritech rep has provisioned the line correctly for our Livingscent <grin>
PM3. I tried calling Livingston's Provisioning Center but the lady I spoke
with said that they couldn't tell me what the correct provisioning is, they
can only order the line for me. I asked her if when they order the line for
me, do they tell Ameritech how to provision it. She said yes they do, but
she couldn't tell me how to provision it. Duh!

Can anyone tell me what the correct provisioning would be on a PRI from
Ameritech for our PM3?
