(PM) Boca modems the continuing saga :)

Well, according to Boca Tech Support, the problem is in the PM3..
I'm starting to believe them.. as i can dial my PM3's number, and the modem
hangs while trying to connect.. as soon as it fails, i can dial into an
ascend box, and connect immediatly, or i can dial into my PM2 w/ Sportster
modems, and it connects as well..

Any ideas what could be the problem? my pm3's are using PRI lines thru SWB
and other than one of the lines, i've got 0 errors..
