(PM) Disabling Idle-Timeout though Radius

We're running radius 2.01 to control our pm3's, and we have a need to
disable idle-timeout for dedicated dialup accounts. Now, we don't have
individual numbers assigned to our PRI or Ct1 b channels, so we can't set
the port directly -- we'll need to go though radius because we don't know
a priori which port a dedicated customer will be connecting though.

According to the 3.7 release notes for the ComOS (we're running 3.7.2 on
all of our machines):

"In ComOS 3.5, setting an idle time of 1 second on a port times out the
username, password or host prompt in 5 minutes, but imposes no timeout
once the user is logged in. In previous releases an idle time of 1
minute was used for this purpose, but since many customers would like
to have a real 1 minute idle timeout for ISDN, the special setting has
been changed from 1 minute to 1 second. "

..would lead me to believe that a special value of 1 second should be used
to force this behavior. Unfortunately, according to the Radius manuals, 1
second is not a valid entry for Idle-Timeout (where is state that valid
values range between 120 and 14400, which are in turn rounded down to the
nearest multiple of 60 (i.e., 1 would be rounded to 0, and 0 -- at least
in this release of ComOS -- specifies to use the port's default).

Is it possible to enable the behavior that we desire?

Thanks in advance!
