Try attaching to a port and typing "AT&N0DT<phone_number>" [Note that is a
"zero" not an "o"] on the PM. This will force a dial-out using one of the
digital modems (i.e. should be just like dialing in with a regular modem)
instead of just an ISDN call. What happens?
