We have 16 US Robotics Sportster modems connected to a Portmaster 2ER with
Radius running on BSD/OS 2.1.
Each time there is a power outage many of our Windows 3.x and Windows 95
users find they cannot make a connection easily. After a few days the
problem seems to disappear.

Any idea?
