This has been covered here to death already.
3.7.x has bogus help, and will not be fixed. Why? Because we didn't want
to waste time updating and fixing it when 3.8 has a new help subsystem and
command line interpreter. It wasn't a good use of engineering resources
to do a partial fix when the new system was already well along.
