chances are its just your callers. We get 3-4 of these a day. Users
(claim to have) never changed anything, we never change anything. Lame MS
DUN just stops working. Reinstall communications, reinstall tcp/ip. If
they don't have a 95 they are fucked.

Things like 'oil-change' also seem to break dun as well.

Lets all petition microsoft to write a piece of code that works.
