could you explain how this works? say PM1 and PM2 and PM3 (all 2E-30s).

PM1 has a subnet /27 (32 IP's) for the dialup pool
PM2, PM3 also have their own /27 (32 IP's) for the dialup pool.

PM1, PM2, PM3 each individually have three different IP's on a separate
subnet (say a /29) but the same /29.

Naively, IMHO, users dialing into PM1 see the PM1's separate IP as their
default gateway, PM2... PM2's IP number etc.

If we were to "force" the reported IP to a single one, WHICH ONE should
we set it to?

And how would the routing tables w.r.t. to the end-user be setup ?

would users dialling into PM3 be given the PM1 as the reported IP ?
Would
the IP packets first go from PM3 to PM1 and then out the subnet ?
