The only one I feel does it acceptably today is Cistron RADIUS. There
are other servers out that attempt it, but they all rely on RADIUS alone
and the RADIUS protocol has loopholes since it wasn't designed for this.
I've ranted about this many times here and on -radius, so I'm sure you can
find that in the archives.
And this should shift over to portmaster-radius.
