Re: (PM) Called-Station-Id as check item (fwd)

I can't use the NAS IP address unless there's a way to use the addresses of
all 8 of our PM3s.

When I tried using Called-Station-ID as a check item, it didn't work. Here's
my entry in users:

adwtest Password = "password", Called-Station-ID = "4371000"
Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Framed-IP-Address = 255.255.255.254,
Framed-IP-Netmask = 255.255.255.255,
Framed-Routing = None,
Filter-Id = "std.ppp",
Framed-MTU = 1500

Called-Station-ID = "4371000" is exactly how the line appears in the
accounting log files. I also tried it as Called-Station-ID = "8014371000"
(with our area code), and that didn't work either. In the radius log, I get
this:

Fri Nov 21 12:12:47 1997: [1455] user_find: unable to parse check-items for
user
adwtest
Fri Nov 21 12:12:47 1997: [1455] auth: access-request from 192.41.96.130
(192.41
.96.130) denied for unknown user adwtest

Does this capabillity depend on a particular version of RADIUS?
