He is getting a new modem. I felt like an idiot when he called in and I
spent about an hour trying every trick I could think of to get that damn
modem to connect right. Mystery internal modem as usual. The guy finally
finds the documentation -- lt really is a 2400baud modem. I learned to ask
first....
