(PM) Dial on demand default route

Hello -

For all the people that responded to my query about PAP/CHAP, thanks, I now
have that working. However, I do have a problem remaining. The Livingston is
configured for dial-on-demand. The remote system assigns an address each time
a connection is established. So, the problem becomes, how do I convince the
Livingston to use S0 blindly as the place to direct default routed packets,
so that on-demand works, and dynamic addressing works?
