How far away from their CO are you? The receive level on line0 below
looks like it is on a repeatered span. The other 3 have "low" levels
compared to what I have typically seen on a repeated span. Now I am
making the assumption these are all in the same location? If that
is true, I would think they would all be the same level.
At one of our locations we are right across the street from the CO and
are on a non-repeated span and our receive level is -7.5dB to -15dB.
Perhaps your low receive level is causing you to go in and out of
spec on what the PM3 needs to operate properly.
The number of errors on each line doesn't look out of the ordinary.
Have you thought of something close by, which might be causing electrical
intereference on your lines? You might also try changing the cable from
the smart jack to the pm3's csu and shorten it bit if you don't need
that big honkin' cable LE sends you.
If none of that helps, have the telco monitor the line for errors
for an extended period of time and see if anything strange turns up.
