(PM) ARGH!

Well.. my PM3 finally works really well! For a while US West had the
encoding on our channelized-t1's set to AMI with ESF framing when we were
using ESF/B8ZS. The initial order inside US West specified ESF/AMI -
another one was submitted to correct it but the guy who programmed them in
the co never got the correction! So US West was always telling us that it
was ESF/B8ZS (I believe the repeaters were set to this too).. yesterday we
corrected it and it's working great now. :) Thanks to people at
Livingston and US West for their help yesterday!

The problems were MANY disconnections resulting in MANY LAPM RETRY LIMIT
disconnection causes and one or two loss of sync errors per day on one of
the CT1's. This appears to be a serious error, at least in my case, which
indicated a mistake in the timing of the circuits (line1 takes its timing
off of line0 - same chip) from US West.. Now there are no errors and only
one LAPM RETRY LIMIT error on the entire unit.

We also had to change the signalling from E&M wink start to E&M immediate
start to fix a timing problem between the US West switch (dms-100) and the
pm3. This fixed a lot of problems with inital connections.

Yay.. *gag* Now we can buy our second PM3 :-)
