Its a frame type like LAPM REJ.
It means selective reject and goes hand in hand with new error correction
methods for newer modems. Supra supports it, Zyxel supports it. etc... I
guess he wants to know when then DSP modems will support it, and it really
has nothing to do with Livingston since its the DSP modem code.
