Well I thought that as well, and with the 11, you are STUCK with that,
and when I graduated to 2's and 3's I just kept doing it the old way, but
I did notice in the manual that you can use special "==" commands for
synchronous demand dialups like "=DCD=" and you can tell it to go into pap
negotiation. But I dont know if this works for Asynchronous on-demand
dialup. It seemed only to be for sync. Id like to know myself.
