(PM) Dead-Air Syndrom

I just experienced the World Famous (TM) dead-air syndrome. Modem users
who called up our PM3 just received nothing but silence. Rebooting the box
did not help, I had to turn it off to bring it back to life. The box is
running ComOS 3.7.2 and is connected to a EuroISDN PRI. Now the
interesting part - it still has the old modem cards (two of them to be
exact).

I don't remember anybody on this list talking about dead-air problems with
the old cards. Should I report this to Livingston or should I just shut up
and wait for the new cards to arrive (very soon now)?
