And use MNP/MNP5? This seems to help a bit but not totally for me.., what
are you seeing?

3.7.2 did help with some of the disconnections but the others are only
fixable by upgrading the users USR modems (which is where almost all of
the disconnections seem to be happening). I know the 7/31/97 flash update
for the Courier fixes it and I've find USR Sportster updates on USR's site
and on Gateway 2000's for their TelePath/Sportster modems.
