(PM) Dial-out problem with PM-2e ComOS 3.7

I have been having difficulty trying to config dial-out user account.

For dial-out static route I had no problem but not with non-static route
but specified IP address user account.

I have another PM2E running on ComOS 3.3.3 it had the a different
problem. No problem with dial-out user account with specified IP address
but not static routed dial-out user account.

Appreciate help, as I had spentpast few nights night trying to solve it.
