It doesn't have to lead to losses for businesses. If one $20 account
wants to fill my lines, that is fine. However, we bill $1/hour for each
additional simultaneous session. Heck, I'd be _happy_ for someone to
log in more than once - we make more money that way. We have a couple
of companies whose idea of "getting on the Internet" is to hook up a
modem to each computer. The buy one account from us (with a lot of
extra email addresses) and give set it up on all of their computers. We
have one that regularly has 100-200 hours of simultaneous usage per
month.

Which is more productive: someone complaining here every week, or just
billing your customers for services used?

I don't speak for anybody but myself - that's enough trouble.
