We also had a problem with this even though DNS was okay.

Our problem though, was the fact we were entering our new area code for Vancouver Island, (250) and Microsoft's (as well as the Netscape's) Server was not aware of the new area codes. They quickly returned an error msg. Once we entered the old area code for BC (604) we were able to obtain both MS's & Netscape's 128bit version.
