(PM) 3.7.2 Upgrade

We started putting the upgrade on our PM3's and it failed on the
second one. We have not rebooted the machine as reccomended in the
instructions. Does anybody know what the next steps we will need to go
through to get this operational again. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks.
