(PM) Stac & Windows NT 4.0

Hello: I have attempted to get stac compression working over a 56K modem
connection to a PM3 via Channelized T1. I have turned off modem
compression and enabled software compression on NT 4.0. And have set
ports to 'compress on' and compress stac'. When I connect, the port
active configuration shows VJ-Compression but nothing about stac.

Interface: ptp1 (PPP,Routing,VJ-Comp)

I also log the following message in my modem log:

Am I missing something? I welcome your suggestions.
