No.

The service is known in GTE Land as "Remote Call Forwarding" and the
traditional usage has been to allow a business moving offices to an area
served by a different Central Office to retain the old number and have all
calls to forwarded to the new location.

We are using the RCF to allow access to our modem pool from areas that are
a LD call by placing the RCF in a location that is a local call to both
places.

An example is:

Brenham to Bryan/College Station is LD call.

Brenham to Navasota and B/CS to Navasota are local calls.

An RCF in Navasota pointing to the modem pool in B/CS will give local
access to Brenham.
