Are you insane? Users *never* saturate their link *all* the time. At
one site I monitor, there are 276 dial-in lines, and I monitor the T1
every 5 minutes and it *never* exceeds 75% of a T1. I'm suggest you put
down your calculator and actually start monitoring the condition of your
network.
I'd also love to see more ISDN. It is so reliable in comparision to the
modem mess.
