And if the users *still* have problems, having them trash
<startup volume>:System Folder:MacTCP DNR
and immediately restart will probably clean up residual "xxx.com doesn't
exist" problems.

--John (where trashing that file and "restarting" didn't work for a user
who *said* he was doing that but was really using the Sleep command instead
"because [he didn't] want to shut down and start again," with the resulting
power cycling...it took a while to figure out what was up)
